This machine can carry out blowing operation when ascending, that is it can ascend and clean up the surface of the stationary and movable mold synchronously after spraying. 6. This machine can adjust the spraying dosage of mold releasing agent. 7. The speed of ascending and descending is stable. It can slowdown the descending speed and regulate the speed of buffer, extending the longevity of buffer. The velocity of buffer is adjustable. A falling avoidance device prevents the spraying nozzle from falling when the wind pressure source suspends functioning. 8. The central spraying function can be installed and two different mold releasing agents can be used to improve the mold releasing effect according to customers’ requirements. 9. This machine adopts PLC control loop and has the failure code display function. |
